The conditions that apply when accessing Nepal eNotes learning materials, accounts, comments, and services.

Terms of Use

Last updated: July 22, 2026. These Terms of Use govern access to Nepal eNotes, including its website, learning materials, accounts, comments, forms, downloads, and related services. By using the platform, you agree to follow these terms.

1. Educational Purpose

Nepal eNotes provides educational notes, questions, quizzes, articles, and other learning resources for general study support. Content does not replace official textbooks, curriculum documents, teacher instruction, examination notices, or professional advice.

2. Acceptable Use

You may access and use available materials for lawful personal learning and classroom reference. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful code, collect user data without permission, or use automated systems in a way that damages site performance.

3. Accounts and User Information

When an account is required, you are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your login details, and notifying Nepal eNotes about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.

4. Comments, Feedback, and Submissions

Submissions must be respectful, relevant, lawful, and safe. Do not submit abusive language, spam, misleading claims, private information, malware, or material that violates another person’s rights. Nepal eNotes may moderate, edit, restrict, or remove submissions and may suspend access where misuse occurs.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, branding, original text, graphics, organization, and original learning resources are owned by or licensed to Nepal eNotes. Sharing an official page link is encouraged, but copying, republishing, selling, removing attribution from, or falsely claiming ownership of protected material is not permitted without authorization.

6. Third-Party and Contributor Content

Some materials may be provided by teachers, students, publishers, public sources, partners, advertisers, or external websites. Ownership remains with the respective rights holder. External links and embedded services are provided for convenience and are governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Accuracy and Availability

Nepal eNotes works to provide useful and accurate information, but errors, outdated details, missing files, or interruptions may occur. Users should verify important academic information with official curriculum, school, examination-board, or government sources. Features may be changed, corrected, suspended, or removed without prior notice.

8. Premium and External Services

Some buttons may lead to third-party or related premium platforms, including Nexu Guru. Any purchase, subscription, account, or service on another platform is governed by that platform’s terms, pricing, refund rules, and privacy policy.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation

The platform is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nepal eNotes does not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular examination result, or that every resource will be error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nepal eNotes and its team are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the platform.

10. Copyright Complaints

Rights holders may report allegedly infringing material through the DMCA Policy page. Provide the exact page URL and enough evidence for the request to be reviewed.

11. Changes and Governing Law

These terms may be updated as the platform changes. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future use. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Nepal, without limiting rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms may be sent to nepalenotes@gmail.com or through the Contact Us page.
