Review and Removal Process
Nepal eNotes may request additional information before acting. When a complaint is sufficiently complete, the disputed material may be temporarily restricted or removed while the matter is reviewed. The uploader, contributor, or relevant party may be informed and given an opportunity to respond.
Counter-Notification
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or the material is legally permitted, you may send a counter-notice identifying the removed material, its previous URL, the reason removal was mistaken, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and your signature. Restoration, when appropriate, will depend on applicable law and the information received from both parties.
False or Misleading Notices
Knowingly submitting a false, misleading, or abusive copyright notice may create legal liability. Do not submit a takedown request merely because you disagree with, dislike, or compete with the content.
Repeat Infringement
Nepal eNotes may restrict contributors or accounts that repeatedly submit infringing material or misuse the copyright-reporting process.
