Recipe for Homemade Mo:Mo
Mo:Mo is a popular Nepalese and Tibetan dumpling filled with meat or vegetables, usually served with a spicy dipping sauce.
Ingredients:
- Dough: 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 cup warm water.

- In a separate bowl, mix ground meat, onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oil, and spices.

- Place filling in the center, fold into a crescent shape, and crimp the edges to seal.
- Steam for 10-12 minutes until translucent.
