Writing a personal diary has many uses.

1.      It helps you to establish a writing routine. By jotting down thoughts everyday, you developing good writing habit and it will improve your writing skills.

2.      It gives you the better perspective about your thoughts. Re-reading your past thoughts will help you realize that daily life changes and with that you also change.

3.      It helps you to share your unsaid thoughts which you not comfortable sharing with others.

4.      It helps you to spend your free time productively.

5.      It helps you to be creative with your thoughts.
